Our Recruitment Process
If you are interested in a position please visit our Seek page: https://www.volunteer.com.au//Organisation/Details/22613 or email People.Culture@charityconsultants.org with your Resume and Cover Letter, then our People and Culture Team will send you an application form to complete and return back to us.
Upon receiving your complete application, we will access your skills, experience and qualifications against our criteria, if you are successful to the next round, we will invite you for a phone interview with a People and Culture team member.
If the People and Culture interview are successful, we may invite you to a face-to-face or teleconference interview with a Delegate or and the Hiring Manager to see whether you would be a good fit within our organisation and for you to see if our organisation is a good fit for you.
CHECKS & TRAINING
As a final step, you will be required to undergo National Police Checks (NPC), Working with Children Check (WWCC), Referee Checks, the applicant must be able to meet the Citizenship/Residency and working rights requirements.
Everyone will also have the opportunity to undertake the following training free of charge:
- Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO);
- Council of Social Services (QCOSS);
- Mandate Report Training, for both Victoria and New South Wales;
- COVID 19 Training;
- Indigenous Cultural Training;
- Basic Governance and Leadership knowledge training.
